We are often tested. In situations at work, at home and on the street. How we deal with this is in our own hands. By training your breathing, focus and consciousness, you will learn to push your own boundaries during this workshop. To prepare for the ice bath session, you will be taught how to deal with your body calmly and consciously through yoga and breathing techniques.
