Our body is the medium that allows us to have the human experience. The body moves us, gives us the senses to have the human experience.
Kundalini yoga is designed to improve the energetic flow throughout our body, focusing a lot on the spine.
In kundalini yoga, however, little attention is traditionally given to the correct performance of asanas.

If we work on good alignment while practicing kundalini yoga, we improve the harmony within our body, and we get to know our body better.
We improve alignment by specifically training our muscles, learning to consciously tense and relax muscles and strengthening our body awareness. This way we strengthen the experience and effect of kundalini yoga.
During this workshop we will practically get started with practicing the optimal kundalini yoga alignment, within the possibilities of our body.
