We work with pressure point techniques or tapping with fingers and hands.

You release tension and blockages in an easy way.

This self-massage is pure self-love and teaches you to listen to your own body and to be your own therapist.

I have been a Kundalini Yoga teacher since 2013 and I am mainly specialized in trauma release and addictions. We retain a lot of trauma and emotional blockages in the connective tissue.

As a massage therapist I mainly work energetically, intuitively and with sound healing.
