What is Kundalini Yoga?

There are thousands of kriyas and meditations, each with their own theme and intention, but the build-up of a lesson is always the same: 
  • Intune With two short mantras
  • Short warming
  • The Kriya with a specific theme
  • Relaxation 
  • Meditation (with or without mantra)
  • Close with a short mantra 
Are you participating for the first time? Take it easy and feel good what happens in your body. Some exercises ask a lot from you, especially if they are arrested for a long time. You can always participate for half times in the beginning and bring more peace in between!
