Workshop teachers and musicians:

Wonderful that you want to share your love, your capacities and energy on the Kundalini Festival December 19 to 23 2019, so we will make a beautiful event all together!

Here some guidelines for workshop leaders:

You are working on the base of SEVA (selfless service) and you’ll guide a workshop or several workshops. Without you there would be no festival. Our gratitude is huge. We’ll do our utmost to give you a beautiful stage, and radiate lots of light and good energy towards you by our social media activities.

You can participate for free.
You pay 25,- euros a night allowing to pay the location.
Partners and children, who are coming with you, do pay for their stay.

You are working on the base of SEVA (selfless service) play music, during sadhana, the workshops, the all night kirtan or the all camp yoga. Without you there would be no festival. Our gratitude is huge. We’ll do our utmost to give you a beautiful stage, and radiate lots of light and good energy towards you by our social media activities.

You can participate for free.
Partners and children, who are coming with you, do pay for their stay.

We hope after reading this it is clear on which conditions the festival is made possible, and that you are looking forward just as much as we do, to create an uplifting, unforgettable experience.

Organizers and seva’s during the festival:

Wonderful that you want to share your love, energy and qualities on the Kundalini Festival from December 19 to 23 2019, and create together a beautiful event.

Guidelines for organizers and sevadars:
You are working on the base of SEVA (selfless service) in the organization. Without you there would be no festival. Our gratitude is huge.

When you do seva, you first pay the normal ticket price and you will be given the amount back, depending on the seva you’ve done at the festival.

Partners and children, who are coming with you, do pay for their stay, because they will bring extra costs for the organization like beds, food, children camp etc.

We hope after reading this it is clear on which conditions the festival is made possible and that you are looking forward just as much as we do, to create an uplifting, unforgettable experience.

Standholder Information

For people interested in a place at the bazaar, below you will find all info you need (or at least all that is available at this moment).

How it works:

  1. Sign up for Winter Solstice (1 day, weekend or full).
  2. Sign up for the BAZAAR, by sending an email to the bazaar manager (livjot.kaur.belgium@gmail.com). Explain in this email what you want to do at the bazaar, how much space you will need etc. and add your ticket to Winter Solstice as an attachment. You can only stay and sell at the bazaar as long as your Winter Solstice ticket is valid.
  3.  As soon as payment is received your place is secured and we will send you the number of your stand.
  4. Signing up for the bazaar is possible until October 1st, 2019.
  5. We will limit the number of suppliers selling the same type of product, to ensure variety of the bazaar offerings. Please inform if it will be possible to offer your products at your registration.

 

2019 prices for the Winter Solstice Bazaar.

The depth of your stand will be 2 meters and the price per running meter is 20 Euro’s.

There is a 10 Euro deposit for each stand holder. When you have cleaned up you stand, you will receive this deposit back.

You can get tables and chairs from the winter Solstice team for free

INCLUDED : Electricity cable, chairs, on-site food
NOT INCLUDED: Multiple power plugs, insurance, cleaning and breaking down / cleaning your stand on the last day.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION

Set op your stand at the bazaar: Wednesday 18-12
Cleanup: 10 am on Monday 23-12 your stand must be cleared.
Bazaar openings hours: 17:00 til 21:30
