Wonderful that you want to share your love, your capacities and energy on the Kundalini Festival December 20 – 24 2018, so we will make a beautiful event all together!

Here some guidelines for workshop leaders and musicians:

You are working on the base of SEVA (selfless service) whether you guide a workshop, or play music. An important reason why there hasn’t been a Kundalini Yoga Festival in the Netherlands before is that nobody dared to carry the financial risk. That’s why the organization cannot give you a compensation for your time/energy. We do realize that without you there would be no festival. Our gratitude is huge. We’ll do our utmost to give you a beautiful stage, and radiate lots of light and good energy towards you by our social media activities
You can participate for free.
You pay 25,- euros a night allowing to pay the location.
Partners and children, who are coming with you, do pay for their stay, because they will bring extra costs for the organization like beds, food, children camp etc.

We hope after reading this it is clear on which conditions the festival is made possible, and that you are looking forward just as much as we do, to create an uplifting, unforgettable experience.

Organizers and sevas during the festival:

Guidelines for organizers and sevadars:
You are working on the base of SEVA (selfless service) in the organization. An important reason why there hasn’t been a Kundalini Yoga Festival in the Netherlands before is that nobody dared to carry the financial risk. That’s why the organization cannot give you a compensation for your time/energy. We do realize that without you there would be no festival. Our gratitude is huge.
When you are working 4 hours, you are paying 100,- euros for the festival, and 100,- euros for staying over (25,- a night) to pay the costs of the location.
When you are working 8 hours a day the festival is free – depending how much space is left after your SEVA tasks -. You’re paying 100,- euros for staying over the nights (25,- each night) to pay the costs of the location.
Partners and children, who are coming with you, do pay for their stay, because they will bring extra costs for the organization like beds, food, children camp etc.

Sponsor Information

Thank you for caring about the first Kundalini Yoga Festival in the Netherlands, and wanting to contribute to it. Your help makes this festival possible.

There are several ways to sponsor the festival:

  1. Become the main sponsor. As a main sponsor we will put your name in everyone’s sight and we will mention it on our communications on social media. During the festival your service or product will be put on display and you will receive a lot of attention. only companies who offer services/ products that are in line with the Kundalini Yoga philosophy can become main sponsor. Please contact us if you are interested in becoming our main sponsor.
  2. Help with a voluntary gift, to be used to cover the expenses needed in renting the location. This will require a total amount of 10.000 euro. You can see this as Gurudakshina, where you give a part of your income back to the source.
  3. By placing an ad in our program book. With your support it will be possible to print the program book. we have several options for a page, halve or quarter page advertisements. Prices and sizes can be found below.  In addition to you ad in the book, you will be mentioned on the website and you can give us a post about your product / service that we will share on our social media.
  4. By offering your services / products at the bazaar. For this purpose, tables are available. You pay per table, prices are mentioned in the text about the bazaar, below on this page.

Extra info for advertisements:
All advertisements must be received by us on the first of November 2018, in order to be sure they can be included in the booklet. Make all images at least 300DPI and use color code CMYK.

  • Full page: 350 Eur
  • Half page: 225 Eur
  • Quarter page: 125 Eur

All services and products included in the booklet must fit into the 3HO (Happy, Healthy & Holy) lifestyle, as taught by Yogi Bhajan. Your place in the booklet is final when payment has been recieved.

Standholder Information

For people interested in a place at the bazaar, below you will find all info you need (or at least all that is available at this moment).

How it works:

  1. Sign up for Winter Solstice (1 day, weekend or full).
  2. Sign up for the BAZAAR, by sending an email to the bazaar manager (livjot.kaur.belgium@gmail.com). Explain in this email what you want to do at the bazaar, how much space you will need etc. and add jouw ticket to Winter Solstice as an attachment. You can only stay and sell at the bazaar as long as your Winter Solstice ticket is valid.
  3.  As soon as payment is received your place is secured and we will send you the number of your stand.
  4. Signing up for the bazaar is possible until 10 December 2018.
  5. Prices for tables are for the entire festival. Sharing a table is not offered.
  6. We will limit the number of suppliers selling the same type of product, to ensure variety of the bazaar offerings.
    please inform if it will be possible to offer your products at your registration.

2018 prices for the Winter Solstice Bazaar.

The depth of your stand will be 2 meters and the price per running meter  is 20 Euro’s.

There is a 10 Euro deposit for each stand holder. When you have cleaned up you stand, you will receive this deposit back.

You can get tables and chairs from the winter Solstice team for free

INCLUDED : Elektricity cable, chairs, on-site food
NOT INCLUDED: Multiple power plugs, insurance, cleaning and breaking down / cleaning your stand on the last day.

 

REQUIRED SEVA

Every seller well be assigned a day of seva on your invoice to serve food to the other people having a stand at the bazaar. Instructions and details will follow after signing on.

Set op your stand at the bazaar: from 11 am thursday 20-12
Cleanup : before 8 am on monday 24-12 your stand must be cleared.
Bazaar openings hours: 17:00 til 21:30
