Kirtan Kriya is a Kundalini Yoga meditation that involves a mudra (hand posture), mantra (repeated phrase) and a visualization. Your daily practise is a commitment to a truely authentic life by tuning into the rythm of nature.
During our journey together you will receive encouragement from Sanghat, little presents and the possibility to tune in daily live on Zoom with the teachers from the challenge.
