During the summer festival you can receive a Sat Nam Rasayan healing in the healing area for a small fee.
Sat Nam Rasayan is an ancient yogic form of healing from India and Tibet, the healing method of the Kundalini Yoga tradition. Literally, Sat Nam Rasayan means: Deep Relaxation in Truth. Kundalini Yoga is, among other things, intended to bring your mind to a pure state of Being, a state of Stillness, Shuniya, in which perception is direct and compassion is also present. We use this state of being in the Sat Nam Rasayan for healing.
By working with the senses, the healer enters a deep meditation, in which contact is made with the client. Then, by letting go and giving space, resistance and blockages in the client dissolve and deep harmony is created.
When you receive a healing you can lie relaxed, the healer touches you lightly. You don't have to do anything except relax. The healer does the work with stillness and awareness, attention and intention. The healing takes 15 to 20 minutes.
