Terms and Conditions Kundalini Yoga Festival Netherlands 2021

1.1 These General Terms and Conditions apply to every agreement that is concluded in the context of the visit to the event and the purchase of all admission tickets for it between the visitor (hereinafter referred to as: the customer”) and the organization, Kundalini Yoga Festival Nederland (hereinafter referred to as: the event”), regardless of how it came about. By purchasing and/or using a ticket and/or entering the location of the event referred to as: the 'event location', the visitor agrees to the content of these general conditions.

1.2 The event location may apply house rules that apply in addition to these general terms and conditions and can be found on the organization's website (www.kundaliniyogafestival.nl) and/or at the event location. By purchasing the ticket, the visitor also agrees to the house rules in advance.

1.3 The organization may change these general terms and conditions in whole or in part at any time. Visitors will be informed of the changes in good time because the organization will report this on the organization's website.

Ticketing and access

2.1 The agreement between the organization and the visitor for the purchase of tickets is concluded after an order for oneone or more tickets has been placed via the site www.kundaliniyogafestival.nl. A ticket is booked as soon as the customer has paid the amount due.

2.2 Information, such as announcements and quotations, with regard to the event and/or tickets will be presented or provided as accurately as possible. The organization accepts no liability for any inaccuracies or omissions in the information provided for this purpose.

2.3 A ticket is issued to the visitor once and only provides the holder of the ticket with (one-off) access to the event and the event location. The tickets delivered by the organization are and remain the property of the organizer and are made available to the buyer.

2.4 Only purchase on www.kundaliniyogafestival.nl guarantees the validity of the admission ticket. The burden of proof in this respect rests with the customer. The tickets will be issued oneonce by e-mail and must be shown at the entrance of the festival.

2.5 The tickets are personal and may not be sold or provided to third parties in any way. The organizer reserves the right at all times to refuse entry to a person with invalid tickets. Only the ticket holder who shows the ticket first at the start of the event will be allowed access.

2.6 The Kundalini Yoga Festival Netherlands Foundation assumes that the holder of the admission ticket is also the person entitled to it (the customer). The customer must ensure that he becomes and remains the holder of the tickets purchased through the ticket system of Kundalini Yoga Festival Netherlands.

2.7 The organizer is not liable for any loss or damage to tickets by the buyer for any reason whatsoever.

2.8 Upon entry, the customer will receive a wristband upon presentation of a valid admission ticket and, if requested, a valid proof of identity. This wristband must be worn on the wrist for the entire duration of the event and may not be removed or changed from wearer. The wristband must be shown at all times at the first request of the staff of the Kundalini Yoga Festival Netherlands Foundation and/or other competent authority.

2.9 In the event of force majeure in the broad sense of the word, including in this context illness and/or cancellation of the artist(s), strikes, fire, bad weather conditions, epidemics, etc., Stichting Kundalini Yoga Festival Nederland has the right to cancel the event. move to a later date or cancel the event.

2.10 If the event is canceled by the Kundalini Yoga Festival Netherlands Foundation as a result of or in connection with force majeure, the Kundalini Yoga Festival Netherlands Foundation will only be obliged to refund the customer the fee stated on the admission ticket, regardless of what price the customer has paid for the admission ticket. Refunds will only be made via the ticket provider within twelve weeks after the canceled date. Service costs or other damage will not be reimbursed. Nor can the customer claim (replacement) access for another event.

2.11 Booked tickets can be cancelled. The cancellation fee is 45 euros. In addition, 15% of the ticket price will be deducted if canceled before October 19. If canceled after October 19 but before November 19, the deduction is 30% of the ticket price. If canceled after November 19, the costs will be 50% of the ticket price.

Overnight stays

3.1 The ticket states what kind of room the customer will stay in, the customer will adhere to it.

3.2 From 22:00 onwards, every customer is expected to maintain silence and limit room lighting to what is necessary.

Event

4.1 Visitors must at all times comply with the (house) rules of the event and instructions from staff and competent authorities. If the organization deems this reasonably necessary to maintain peace and order during the event, or in the event of non-compliance with the (house) rules, it has the right to deny the visitor (further) access to the event and/or to event location.

4.2 The organizer reserves the right to search at all times. To enable the organization to comply with its legal obligations, visitors must be able to identify themselves on request.

4.3 It is not permitted to bring alcohol, drugs, fireworks, (fire) weapons, dangerous objects and professional photo, film and other recording equipment to the event. Whether professional equipment is used is solely at the discretion of the organization. The organization will confiscate (or have confiscated) unauthorized items at the entrance. Legal valuables can be retrieved later.

4.4 It is prohibited at all times to film or take photos's for commercial or publication purposes, unless discussed with the board of the event.

4.5 Visitors enter the event location and attend the event at their own risk. The organization is not liable for loss of, theft of and/or damage to belongings of visitors, consequential damage and immaterial damage.

4.6 The organizer is not liable or responsible for hearing damage, facial damage and other physical disorders that may be related to visiting the event.

4.7 The organizer will strive to ensure that the program is carried out as far as possible according to the announced timetable. However, it is not liable for deviations therein and for any damage that may arise as a result for the customer and/or third parties. Starting times as stated on admission tickets are subject to change. The customer is obliged to regularly check (www.kundaliniyogafestival.nl) whether the starting times are unchanged. The customer must keep track of times and changes via the website.

4.8 The organizer is not responsible or liable for length of parts, possible failure, or cancellation of parts of the program

4.9 Smoking is not allowed in the buildings. Any fines imposed on the organization as a result of the violation by the visitor will be recovered from the visitor.

4.10 It is not allowed to bring (pets) animals during the event. It is also not allowed to carry out commercial activities on the site without permission from the board, and/or to make offensive, discriminatory or insulting statements in any way or to wear or distribute such signs.

Personal data

5.1 The Kundalini Yoga Festival Netherlands Foundation processes personal data of customers and visitors to its website in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act.

5.2 Image and/or sound recordings may be made of the event and the visitors and recordings will be made public or reproduced. The visitor grants unconditional permission to make the aforementioned recordings and to exploit them without the organization or third parties owing or will owe any compensation to the visitor. Any neighboring and/or copyright and/or portrait rights are hereby transferred by the visitor to the organization without any restriction. Furthermore, the visitor irrevocably waives the right to invoke his/her personality rights.

If the customer does not consider this desirable, he/she must make this known to the organization in advance. The organization will then provide a sticker which must be visibly worn by the customer.

Final Provisions

6.1 Dutch law applies to these general terms and conditions.

6.2 Any disputes, of whatever nature, that arise between a visitor and the organization as a result of (use or application of) these general terms and conditions and/or related agreements, will be submitted exclusively to the competent court .
