Program preview

Sat Nam, The program of the Kundalini Yoga Summer Festival is on the website! One of the highlights will be the early morning sadhana with Siri Sadhana Kaur & Adi Priya Kaur, outside in good weather 🙂 Followed by an Ice bath workshop with Rinco van der Baan. 🥶 That's good because the showers are unfortunately not cold in this accommodation... But maybe you prefer to go to the Gurdwara service in the large tipi tent. After breakfast we do seva after which around 11.30 you can choose from 5 morning workshops with various themes - mantra, chakras, dance, loving relationships, conscious parenting, self care, numerology and much more. Many inspiring teachers from home and abroad participate in the festival, including Hariang Kaur, Tina Maria Stahl (Gong) and Hari Krishan Singh. There is also a Red Tent program - an oasis of calm for women with workshops by Kirin Shanti, Simran Kaur, Bachitar Kaur and Sat Kirtan, among others. The men are challenged in a glass race with Jérôme Stegeman. After the All camp class (Siri Sadhana Kaur, Guru Gian) and dinner there are 6 evening workshops to choose from. Finally, in the evening we can enjoy a mantra concert, healing circle and gong bath. Children are also welcome and can play on the wooded grounds, follow an original program under the supervision of two top players, and possibly enjoy a swim in the nearby forest pool. Take a look at the website and book your ticket at the early bird rate until 17 May!
