All Night Gong Puja

By Miranda Beenackers

Gong for health and happiness!

A beautiful ceremony to enjoy the healing vibrations of the magical gong.

An entire night Gong Pooja
In Buddhism, puja (Sanskrit and Pali : pūjā) expressions of 'honour and devotional attention'.

A Gong Puja honors and gives space to our being's ability to heal - physically, emotionally and spiritually.

It is the truest form of honoring yourself!

The gongs are gently played throughout the night into the early morning, as guests bathe in the healing vibrations sleep.

Immersed in the sound of the gong and in the subtle ethers of the sound bath, we recover and rejuvenate as the cosmic ocean of vibrations washes over us; cleanses, unblocks and liberates us.

The functional harmony created by the gong tones creates an inner silence where deep healing can take place.

During the Pooja we meditate – or sleep – a sleep like no other; where we are awake in a dream.

The Swiss mathematician and musicologist Hans Cousto, who calculated the planetary frequencies used in the planetary gongs today, stated that it takes 45 minutes took to complete a full sound journey.

Yogi Bhajan believed that the gong was the most powerful tool for healing and that this 45 minute gong session would remove any immediate blockages. He stated that 10 successive gong healings would remove most of the blockages so that the soul could heal itself and relieve the body of human suffering to release us from our hearts.

Living in the heart makes it easier for us to thrive in our natural state of joy and belonging and carry that vibration out into the world and inspire those around us to do the same.

In the year 2000, Grand Gong Master Don Conreaux developed and held his first official Overnight Gong Pooja to deliver these 10 consecutive gong baths in a grand night of healing while the participants slept, allowing the mind to float in a state of cosmic consciousness while the body rested on this plane in the most optimal state for healing - deep sleep.

This Gong Puja experience lasts about 6 ¾ hours, which is the equivalent of 9 x 45 minutes of gong baths.

It is a journey that is timeless, in a time often measured in nanoseconds, and as we travel with the vibration of the gong, we leave this dimension behind and go effortlessly to the 4th dimension.

The Gong Puja promotes a deep sense of peace and well-being, strengthening of the nervous system, balancing of the chakras and increased energy and vitality.

Everyone is welcome!

Hi Sat Nam, my name is Miranda Beenackers (Param Bhagat).

I started taking yoga classes in 2000 and immediately had a good feeling about it. The energy, strength, flexibility and inner peace that I received through the often challenging postures made me curious. That is why I have decided never to stop (Becoming a yoga fanatic).

I started my first yoga training, Ashtanga Yoga, in 2009. I started teaching yoga from the end of 2010, but I soon started to delve into Pralaya Yoga, in short: "aligning the body and the joints". What a beautiful miracle the human body is.

In addition, I have immersed myself in Buddhism by means of. zen meditation and daily I still meditate on my pillow and I regularly look for the healing silence of a Sesshin (silence week).

Kundalini Yoga crossed my path in 2015 and in 2016 I started following the Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training Level 1, of course this tasted like more, so I immediately followed it with Level 2.In addition, I have followed a number of courses and training courses. Cleaned up a lot, both physically, mentally and energetically. And I feel that, the life energy is flowing.

During the yoga class I especially like to challenge you on the mat and give you all the space you need to discover your own body and mind and explore and push boundaries. I like to stay down to earth and try to give you that extra push with a little humor, because beyond your comfort zone that's where your growth lies, oops.

Oh yes …through the Kundalini Yoga training, I also came into contact with the GONG, there is an unprecedented power in it, a primal force, which brings you back to your essence. Since then I have been giving workshops in Kundalini Yoga with a Healing Gong Bath, a very special and powerful combination, and I organize an annual All Night Gong Puja (together with others) and I play in a gong puja here and there. It has become a great passion♥
